VIPHOST operates an email newsletter featuring promotional offers from online casinos and gambling operators, together with the website at viphost.io.
We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold player funds, operate games, or pay out winnings. We introduce you to third-party operators who do. Your relationship for any gambling activity is with that operator, under their terms and their licence.
You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You must not subscribe from a jurisdiction where receiving gambling promotions is unlawful, and you must not be registered with any self-exclusion scheme. By subscribing you confirm all of this.
If you tell us you are self-excluded or under age, we will remove you permanently and add your address to our suppression list so it cannot be re-added.
We email you only if you asked us to, whether through our own sign-up form or a partner promotion where you agreed to hear from VIPHOST.
You can leave at any time. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and most mail clients also show an unsubscribe button beside the sender name. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately; a campaign already in transit may still arrive, but no new campaign will include you.
We keep your address on a suppression list afterwards. That is how we make sure you are never re-added by a later import — it is a protection, not a retained marketing record.
Frequency varies with the offers available. We measure delivery, opens and clicks and use that to decide which campaigns are relevant to you — described in full in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee any particular sending frequency, and we may stop sending at any time.
Email is not a guaranteed delivery medium. Mailbox providers may filter, delay or reject messages for reasons outside our control, and we do not warrant that any email will reach your inbox.
We earn commission from the operators we feature. Links in our emails are affiliate links: if you sign up or deposit with an operator after clicking one, we may be paid. This costs you nothing and does not change the offer you receive.
Being featured is a commercial arrangement, not an endorsement, a safety assessment, or advice. Bonus terms — wagering requirements, maximum bets, expiry, country restrictions — are set by the operator and can change without notice. The operator's own terms always govern. Read them before depositing.
We are not responsible for an operator's conduct, including refused withdrawals, closed accounts, changed bonus terms, or loss of a licence.
Where VIPHOST issues an account for sending campaigns, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for all activity under it. You may send only to recipients who gave you valid, demonstrable consent, and you must honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Sending to purchased, scraped or harvested lists is prohibited and will end your access without notice.

VIPHOST's branding, content and design remain ours. Operator names, logos and trademarks belong to those operators and appear for identification only.
VIPHOST is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for gambling losses incurred with any operator, for an operator's acts or omissions, and for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected — including mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live.
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or to deal with stress or debt. Set limits before you play and stop when you reach them. Operators are required to offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion — use them.

You may unsubscribe whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if we are required to, or if we stop operating the service.
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VIPHOST is established. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We would rather resolve things directly — email us first.
